"New Year - Better You" Fitness Challenge!

Regardless of your 2022 goals…kicking off the new year with routines of healthy habits like eating well, getting enough sleep, thinking positively, setting goals and planning accordingly, drinking plenty of water, and moving your body everyday is the recipe for success and a better you! SELF CARE is the best way to practice SELF LOVE so if you’re feeling depressed or lost or worthless, start there! Start taking care of yourself and the rest will slowly fall into place, I promise! I created this “New Year - Better You” 4 Week Fitness Challenge to get you motivated into moving your body everyday. These workouts are an Intermediate/Advanced level but there's nothing wrong with challenging yourself if you're not quite there yet. This isn’t about perfection…it’s about PROGRESS! As long as you commit to moving with me everyday and give it all you've got and do the best you can, you WILL see and feel progress as the challenge goes on. Each day adds up to between 40-60 minutes worth of movement. Some days you’ll just do 1 workout, and other days you’ll do 2, so please come back here and follow my thoughtfully planned out workout schedule. Start this challenge on January 1st or whenever you’d like and be sure to comment on each YouTube video and keep me posted on your progress and how you're feeling.
